What is The Injectors Lab?
The Injectors Lab is a medical aesthetics clinic specializing in injectable and regenerative treatments.
Who performs the treatments?
All treatments are performed by experienced International Medical Graduates (IMGs) with extensive training and experience in aesthetic medicine.
Where are you located?
We are located at 830 Rowntree Dairy Rd, Unit 6, Vaughan, Ontario, L4L5V2. To find us, enter Headspins Salon and Spa, go upstairs, and we are right next to The Laser Labs.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online through our booking page, via Instagram DMs, or by contacting us directly.

What treatments do you offer?
We offer neuromodulators (Botox® and Letybo®), dermal fillers (Juvederm® and Saypha®), PRP-PRF therapy, biostimulators (Radiesse® and Sculptra®), mesotherapy (Jalupro®, Fillmed®, Lemon Bottle® and MCCM®), PDO threads, IV therapy, lesion removal and more. Visit our Services page for details.
Is the treatment painful?
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. We use numbing agents when necessary to ensure a comfortable experience.
How long do the results last?
The duration of results depends on the treatment. Neuromodulators lasts around 3-4 months, while dermal fillers can last 6-18 months, depending on the product and treatment area.
What is PRP-PRF therapy?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) & PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) therapy is a natural treatment that uses your own blood to stimulate collagen production, promoting skin rejuvenation and hair restoration.
Can I combine multiple treatments on the same day?
Some treatments can be safely combined, while others should be spaced out. We will guide you during your consultation.
AFTERCARE & SAFETY QUESTIONS
Is there any downtime after the treatment?
Most treatments require little to no downtime. Some patients may experience mild swelling or bruising, which usually resolves within a few days.
What should I avoid after a treatment?
Avoid alcohol, intense exercise, and excessive sun exposure for the first 24-48 hours after treatment.
Are the products used safe?
Yes, we only use Health Canada-approved products from trusted brands to ensure your safety and best results.
What if I have side effects?
Mild side effects like redness or swelling are normal. However, if you experience unusual reactions, please contact us immediately.

What are your hours of operation?
All services are by appointment only.

Availability may vary depending on the treatment and provider. You can view real-time openings through our online booking system.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer personalized and free consultations (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) to discuss your goals and recommend the best treatment for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and cash payments.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on our latest deals and offers.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We partner with Beautifi to offer flexible monthly payment plans for most treatments. Approval is quick, fully online, and does not affect your credit score. You can apply through our Beautifi link or ask us for assistance.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We require advance notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee. Please notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate other patients.
Are your prices guaranteed?
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Prices discussed during a consultation are valid only for a limited time, as treatments performed weeks or months later may reflect updated pricing. The final price is always confirmed at the time of booking.
What is your late arrival policy?
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure adequate treatment time and respect for other patients.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes. Certain treatments require a deposit to secure your appointment.
For Sculptra, a 50% deposit is required because the product must be prepared in advance.
If you do not attend your appointment or cancel without proper notice, this deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
